Design Therapy
About the Session:
A gentle way to unwind at the end of the week.
Design Therapy is a laid-back creative hang where we open a shared Figma file, put some tunes on, and make things just because it feels good to make things.
Each session includes a few illustration or design prompts to play with. You can recreate an illustrator’s work, explore a style you’ve been curious about, or do your own thing entirely. There’s no goal, no deadline, and nothing you’re supposed to “finish.”
We’ll design together, talk through what feels hard, ask for approaches when we’re stuck, or sit quietly and vibe. Bring a tea, a glass of wine, or whatever helps you shift out of work mode.
This isn’t a critique, a workshop, or a performance.
It’s a space to decompress, reconnect with creativity, and remember why you started designing in the first place.
Come for the pixels. Stay for the therapy.
