Tech Talk 2: 40 Stories in 3 Weeks: Building Production Software with AI Agents at Atlassian
Speaker: Prasanna Bableshar, Atlassian
Abstract: What does it look like when a team goes all-in on AI-assisted development? At Atlassian, we ran the experiment - using AI coding agents to deliver 40 production user stories in three weeks. This session is a no-filter field report on what happened: the workflow patterns that unlocked real velocity, the failure modes we hit, and the guardrails we built to keep quality high while moving fast. You’ll walk away with a practical playbook for structuring agentic development in an enterprise codebase - including when to let the agent drive, when to take the wheel back, and how to measure whether AI is actually making your team faster, or just making it feel that way.
Who Should attend:
Anyone interested in talking and learning about developing Agentic AI Apps.
