📎 About: Sulamaan Rahim
Sulamaan Rahim is a Senior Consultant and Partnerships Manager at Oxford Insights leading the development of the new framework for the 2025 iteration of the Government AI Readiness Index. His work primarily focuses on international AI and emerging tech policy with a particular interest in responsible use and implementation. His previous work has included frameworks on government data sharing for AI with the Global Partnership on AI, strategy work with a number of governments on what constitutes best practice AI regulation, and research on the future of quantum technology. Alongside project work, Sulamaan has delivered a number of presentations, including for the UNDP, at the Tashkent Law Spring, the Service Design in Government conference, and for UK government departments. He is also responsible for fostering strategic relationships for Oxford Insights and maintaining strong partnerships.
