About Event

Event Description

Sexual and reproductive health and rights are central to gender equality, economic development, and community resilience. Yet despite strong evidence of impact, progress remains uneven, and in some contexts, is at risk of reversal due to shifting political priorities, funding constraints, and changing narratives around fertility and population.

This discussion explores the role of SRHR as a cornerstone of equitable and resilient societies. How can we ensure that women and girls have access to the services, information, and autonomy they need, from family planning to comprehensive sexuality education?

We will also examine the intersections between SRHR and other critical issues, including climate resilience, mental health, and disability inclusion. The session will explore how behavioral science and community-led approaches can help shift social norms, and how to design programs that are both inclusive and effective across diverse contexts.

Bringing together practitioners, advocates, and funders, this conversation will focus on how to protect, strengthen, and evolve SRHR efforts in a rapidly changing global landscape.

Location & access
Accessibility matters deeply to us, and we do our best to choose spaces that reflect that. That said, some of our Oxford venues are in historic buildings without lifts.
