Victoria Weller leads Operations at ElevenLabs, covering hiring, people, customer support, and company ops. She joined in May 2023, when the company had just 10 people; it's since scaled past 900, with a valuation reaching $22bn. Before ElevenLabs, she worked at Palantir as a Product Reliability Engineer, after studying Astrophysics at Columbia.
Our CCO, Rob, will lead the chat. Before joining Techspace in 2017, he trained and practised as a corporate lawyer at Hogan Lovells in London, advising on domestic and international M&A, joint ventures and complex commercial contracts, often for tech businesses.
Techspace is home to over a hundred of London and Berlin's most ambitious tech teams, bound by a shared belief that high-performing teams run faster when they are surrounded by equal ambition.
