🔨 What You’ll Build
The challenge:
Automate a GTM or RevOps process using AI agents.
The challenge is open-ended, but grounded in real problems startups face today, such as:
Converting inbound leads into qualified conversations faster
Automating follow-ups and handovers across sales and marketing
Keeping CRM data, conversations, and internal workflows aligned
You’ll design an agent-based automation using Needle and Superchat, and can optionally extend your setup with other automation tools or custom code.

💸 2–3 teams displaying the strongest builds in the build showcase will be selected as winning teams, entitled to special perks and rewards.
