In late 2025, Baltimore, Maryland, passed a historic series of zoning reforms aimed at making it easier to build new homes in the city. And one of the flagship elements of this package was comprehensive parking reform. Baltimore is now the largest city on the U.S. Eastern Seaboard with no parking mandates.
