Tara Spalding is a business leader and investor with 30 years of experience spanning tech-driven entrepreneurship, real estate investment, and critical mineral business development. Based in Salt Lake City, Tara has founded and exited companies, led accelerator programs, and held executive roles including Chief Experience Officer at World Trade Center Utah and Interim CEO at Kinect Capital, where she advanced capital access and inclusive growth for startups and women founders.
Currently, Tara is focused on private investment and business development in critical minerals, leveraging her expertise to support sustainable supply chains and new market opportunities. She also advises women entrepreneurs and serves as an AI prompting advisor, helping organizations integrate smart automation into investment and operational strategies. As a frequent speaker and advisor, Tara is recognized for her approachable, action-oriented leadership and her dedication to building high-performing, inclusive entrepreneurial communities.
