Sunday Yoga for BIPOC
🌿 Yoga for BIPOC in Barcelona
Let’s practice yoga, nourish ourselves, connect, build community, have fun and liberate together 💜
I’ve been longing for a space where BIPOC can come together beyond loud events, beyond alcohol, beyond fast‑moving spaces 🧞♀️🧚🏾♂️🧜🏽. This gathering is for BIPOC living in or visiting Barcelona who want slower, softer community through yoga and conversation.
After practice, you’re invited to grab tea/coffee/cake at a nearby café, hang out, talk, connect, build friendships and more. The inspiration to connect beyond the mat comes from the beautiful Yoga Community Project created by Matti in London – if you’re also longing for community here, come be part of this.

💜 Who this space is for
This space is open to all BIPOC regardless of caste, gender, sexual orientation, age, body type or ability 🧚🏾♂️🧞♀️🦹🏿. I strive to create an inclusive and accessible space and deeply value your feedback – what works, what doesn’t, what you need more of. Direct, honest feedback is welcome.
I have completed a trauma‑informed course. I do not hold a clinical qualification, but I aim to apply trauma‑informed principles to the best of my knowledge, knowing that everyone’s trauma is unique. Your reflections help me better curate the practice for you.
