Workshop 2: Lean Canvas
Got an idea for social or environmental impact but not sure how to shape it into something real? This online Lean Canvas workshop will help you turn early thoughts into a clear, structured concept — no prior experience needed.
Whether you joined the Inspire Impact Ideation kick-off event or are just discovering the programme now, you are very welcome to join us.
In this interactive session, we’ll walk step by step through the Lean Canvas, a simple and powerful tool used by startups and innovators to map out problems, solutions, users, impact, and value — all on one page.
You’ll learn how to:
Clarify the problem you want to solve
Define your target users and beneficiaries
Shape your solution and impact proposition
Think about feasibility, assumptions, and next steps
Connect your idea to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
The workshop is highly practical and beginner-friendly. You can come with:
A rough idea 💡
A challenge you care about 🌱
Or even no idea at all — we’ll help you develop one during the session
🗓 Date: 26 January 2026
⏰ Time: 12:50 – 14:30
🖥 Format: Online (live & interactive)
🌐 Who can join: Open to everyone — students, researchers, staff, alumni, and external participants
🚀 No kick-off attendance required
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a one-page Lean Canvas and a much clearer sense of how your idea could create real-world impact.
