Government Information in the Age of AI

​As artificial intelligence increasingly shapes how people find and understand information, public institutions face new challenges and opportunities in maintaining trust and accuracy. When citizens turn to AI tools for guidance on government services, benefits, or obligations, how can we ensure that official information remains reliable and accessible?

​This workshop will examine the evolving relationship between AI and public information. Participants will discuss emerging trends, consider implications for trust and transparency, and reflect on how government content can continue to meet the needs of people in an AI-driven environment.
