This hands on session prepares young people for the climate aligned workforce as economies shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy. We center equitable outcomes so no one is left behind, spotlight practical green skills for mitigation and adaptation, and show how to make them mainstream with structured training, simple certifications, and real work experience. Speakers from across Asia share what worked, where they hit roadblocks, and how they secured recognition for new skill pathways.
