Keynote Speaker - Faith Taylor
Faith Taylor is Senior Vice President of Global Citizenship and Sustainability at Kyndryl, the world's largest IT infrastructure company in over 60 countries and $15B in sales, where she leads ESG strategy across environmental stewardship, social impact, and governance. Under her leadership, Kyndryl set a Science Based Targets-validated Net Zero goal for 2040, cut GHG emissions 18% in under four years, and earned an EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing it in the top 5% of companies assessed. Kyndryl has also been named to Forbes' Top 200 Net Zero Leaders and TIME's list of the World's Most Sustainable Companies.
Previously, Faith led ESG at Tesla and built Wyndham Worldwide's sustainability program from scratch, earning it recognition as the hospitality industry's Dow Jones Sustainability World Leader for 7 years in a row. She co-led the World Travel and Tourism Council's Sustainability group, publishing the industry's first ESG reporting framework. Faith serves on CMC Energy Services' Board of Directors and was named a Top 20 ESG Woman Leader in 2025 by Sustainability Magazine. She holds a degree from Stanford and an MBA from Wharton.
