​In discussion on this panel will be Chris Curtis MP (Labour MP for Milton Keynes North and Co-Leader of the Labour Growth Group), Jack Richardson (Head of Policy at Octopus Energy), Ed Hezlet (Head of Energy at the Centre for British Progress) and Maxwell Marlow (Director of Public Affairs at the Adam Smith Institute).
