​Laura Zabinski is a mission-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of community, creativity, and strategy. From startups to nonprofits, she has led diverse teams, managed multi-site operations, and grown engagement and revenue, without losing sight of the people at the center of it all. 

​As the Director of Programs and Partnerships, and then as the Executive Director, at the American Underground (an NC-based coworking company), she worked to establish and maintain relationships with people, companies, and organizations that aligned and enhanced AU’s mission and business. She has seen first hand the power of partnership, the ways that businesses can thrive, and how strategic collaborations can build incredible outcomes.
