A night dedicated to Korean digital artists and startups — at ArtVerse, Paris.
The Startups
During K-Digital Art Night, we will present five promising Korean startups at the intersection of art, culture, and innovation.
Carefully curated by Korea Arts Management Service under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea and accelerated by MYSC, in collaboration with Kian Ban, these startups showcase how creativity can drive both technological and social progress.
KIMU Studio – A creative studio collaborating with artists with developmental disabilities to produce unique works and foster social inclusion through art.
Shining Lab – A music-tech pioneer offering Selpop, an AI-powered music creation tool that enables anyone to compose their own piece of music.
Bucket Travel – A culture-tech company supporting art tourism through Artkey audio guide app and Cult.f, an AI-powered art guide solution.
Another Day – A social enterprise developing sensory-based art tools such as B.FTER paint, empowering creative expression for people with visual impairments and other disabilities.
Lupl – An inclusive art agency that produces and commercializes artworks by artists with disabilities, helping them gain visibility and economic independence.
Join us to discover these inspiring companies with strong social impact! Korea is not only leading in technological innovation, but also pioneering social innovation through art and culture.
The Exhibition
Following the global rise of K-culture through K-pop, K-dramas, and cinema, this exhibition turns the spotlight toward the distinct voices of Korean artists working in digital art. The participating artists draw upon aesthetic resources from personal, cultural, and digital landscapes, sharing them through a variety of media and approaches. The exhibition offers a quiet yet layered exploration of how Korean digital art engages with contemporary visual languages and the ever-shifting nature of images in our time.
In particular, the lineup features leading artists based in Korea who are also gaining international recognition. Working across diverse genres — from media art, crypto and blockchain practices, to installation, illustration, and pixel art — these artists reveal the breadth and richness of Korean digital creativity, positioning it firmly within the landscape of contemporary visual culture.
