WHY THIS MATTERS
Every day, older adults across the nation lose millions of dollars to fraud and scams. From romance scams to investment fraud, from government impersonation to sweepstakes schemes, these crimes devastate seniors and families.
At the same time, seniors face additional unique challenges as they age, often losing independence without the same family and community support systems available to others. We plan to address two critical conversations affecting our senior community: Living and Aging with Pride, and Stopping Cyber Scams
This dual-focus symposium brings together experts, advocates, survivors, and community members to address these urgent issues head-on. This event is targeted towards Adult Children of/and Silver Citizens, Family & Friends, those interested in AgeTech, ElderTech, Cybersecurity, and AI, anyone compassionate about the trials of aging.
