🎥 Create a 60–90 second video using OpenArt + TikTok (or just your phone!).
📩 Submit your video before 8:30 PM for judging.

💡 No prior experience in editing or AI? No Problem, we encourage beginners with no technical knwoledge to join – we’ve got tutorials, templates, and volunteers to help!
