​Dr Ayuba Tuodolo is a cybersecurity and AI governance leader with over 16 years of experience across cybersecurity, digital safety, governance, and emerging technologies. He is the Founder and Executive Director of AI Safety Nigeria, a leading organisation advancing AI Safety and Governance education across Africa. He serves on the Advisory Council of Black in AI and Ethics (USA) and mentors emerging AI safety organizations across Africa, driven by an unwavering commitment to improving lives through technology.

​He convened the first AI Safety Summit in Nigeria and the African Cybersecurity Convention, first held in Rwanda. Through initiatives including the Learn and Launch Series, AI Safety & Governance Fellowship, and undergraduate AI reading groups, he is helping build responsible AI capacity across the continent.
