​As investors continue to fine-tune their climate investing, many are seeking clearer ways to assess and prioritize climate solutions investments that meaningfully contribute to global climate goals. While tools exist for measuring emissions and managing climate risk, fewer resources are available to support asset owners with investment decision-making around climate solutions strategies, allowing them to understand the potential of those investments in decarbonizing sectors and economies.

​In response, the GIIN has developed the Climate Solutions Investing Framework—a practical resource designed to help asset owners assess and prioritize climate solutions investment strategies and translate ambition into more informed portfolio decisions.

​This roundtable, hosted in collaboration with Nissay Asset Management, will introduce the framework and explore its relevance within the Japanese investment landscape.
