I’m joined by Andrew Wilson, Cofounder and CTO of Propel Earth. Andrew is an engineering leader who has led 40+ person teams and believes autonomy is the fastest path to real output. By setting clear milestones and empowering individuals to execute, his teams accomplish more than they could alone. Andrew is also the creator of MURCS, an alternative to traditional Scrum.
