​What’s It All About?

​Are you a girl in grades 7–9 and curious about how the digital world stays safe?

​Join us for an interactive 3-hour Cybersecurity Hackathon where you’ll explore the basics of cybersecurity through fun and hands-on challenges. You’ll learn how to think like a cyber defender, solve problems in teams, and discover why cybersecurity needs more girls like you.

​No prior experience needed!

​What You’ll Do:

• ​Explore basic cybersecurity concepts through practical challenges

• ​Learn how cyber threats work and how to stop them

• ​Work in teams to solve real-world inspired problems

• ​Experience what it’s like to work in cybersecurity

​What’s in It for You?

• ​Build problem-solving and digital skills

• ​Gain confidence in technology and teamwork

• ​Challenge stereotypes about who belongs in cybersecurity

• ​Get inspired to explore future studies and careers in tech

​What to Bring:

• ​Your own laptop (any computer with a browser will work!)

• ​Your curiosity and creativity

​​Important Note for Participants Under 18: If you are under 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian must complete the registration on your behalf. This is to ensure we have proper consent for your participation, including media documentation (photos/videos) and general safety during the event.
