​Door 3 engineers highly curated, in-person events in San Francisco where exceptional talent and early-stage founders meet face to face. The best deals, partnerships, and hires don't happen through job boards. They happen because someone was in the right room at the right time. We build that room on purpose.

​This isn't a job fair or your average networking night. This is the room where conversations lead to new opportunities.

​Here's how it works.

​Seven founders. Each one paired with a small group of highly curated candidates — their own elevator pod. The founder pitches their company, the problem they're solving, and exactly what they're building toward. You get a real sense of who they are and what they're hiring for before anything formal begins.

​When the elevator reaches the top, everyone steps out into an open mixer. Both sides get to see who they're really choosing — before the interview process ever begins.
