LA 2026 | Spring Onboard
This month, we’re hosting RTC Founder Onboarding in Los Angeles —the in-person entry point for builders ready to move from "startup theater" into a high-fidelity operating cadence.
This kickoff is designed for founders—whether in ideation or already in motion—who want to move with higher velocity by bridging the gap between initial conviction and market proof.
The session is structured as a double-rep build. Together, we will:
Rep 1: The Decision Refactor – Reframe how you make decisions under pressure. We move beyond "founder ego" to establish a logic-driven framework that prioritizes radical honesty and market-led proof.
Rep 2: Critical Roadmapping – Stop building for the demo. We help you anchor your product to a single technical North Star and map the critical milestones required to reach growth and funding gates.
System Integration – Introduce the RTC tools and the recurring build cadence used to turn weekly progress into verifiable signal for venture partners.
This onboarding serves as your diagnostic entry into the RTC system—providing the roadmap, tools, and venture-aligned support needed to turn momentum into proof.
How to prepare:
Activate your OS to run product market fit experiments and track progress (include unique value proposition | traction signal | vertical)

About Run Tech Club
Run Tech Club is the operating platform for early-stage founders who prioritize clarity over noise. We replace startup theater with a recurring system of build intervals and critical roadmapping—designed to close the gap between initial conviction and market proof. By turning weekly execution into verifiable signal, RTC helps founders compress decision cycles and build measurable momentum, culminating in a quarterly Signal showcase where that momentum becomes venture-grade visibility.
