Free 30 minute working session for founders & CXOs in scaling B2B tech, led by experienced CROs, Douglas Mancini and Laurie Mascott.
Sales KPI insight, then we work through a priority deal, and GTM challenge suggested by you.

What you’ll get
A working session on real problems - a priority deal, a sales metric you’re stuck on, or a GTM topic (e.g., demand gen or hiring).
You’ll leave with one clear decision, single owner, next step, and date for your top issue.
Format & flow (30 mins, we’ll leave 10 mins to go over if required, Zoom)
Work through (18 mins) - 3-5 GTM challenges (priority deal, hiring, or KPI) - coached in turn.
Commit (5 mins) decisions + next steps; optional 1:1 sign‑ups.
If you’d rather not discuss a live deal
Bring a pipeline snapshot (simple list of open opportunities), or a job description, or just your metric trend. We'll work that instead.
Or submit a question anonymously via Luma; the host will present it without naming you.
