​This time we're going faster, deeper, and more practical. We'll build multiple bots live and teach you Claude Code in terminal, step by step. From getting your API key to running your first command to watching a bot do your work for you. Market maps, email automation, prospecting workflows. All built live, all from scratch.

​Whether you were at Session 3 or not, you'll walk away with a ton. No coding experience needed.

​​Workshop Leads: Peter Udvardi and Shiham Alam

​Peter is a 2nd year MBA at HBS and previously worked as a Product Manager at NVIDIA, where he shipped AI-powered products at the intersection of hardware and software. He brings deep experience in how technical products go from prototype to production.

​Shiham is a 1st year MBA at HBS and previously worked as a Software Engineer at AWS and Scale AI, where he built and scaled cloud infrastructure. He brings hands-on engineering and has built systems from the ground up.

​​AI has upleveled everyone into a product manager. Whether you're building a startup, trying to break into PM, or just want to understand how great products get built, this series is for you.

​​I'm Sharfaraz (Dewan), a 2nd year at HBS. I spent 3 years in product management before HBS and interned as a Technical PM at AWS this past summer.

​​The only Product Management class at HBS was cancelled, leaving an educational gap, so I built this series. For the rest of the semester, I'll be running sessions covering core PM fundamentals.
