​Our guest speaker is Feridoon "Doon" Malekzadeh, Senior UX Strategist for AI and Agentic Experiences at ServiceNow.

​Feridoon "Doon" Malekzadeh is a product design executive, creative technologist, and lifelong tinkerer with more than 20 years of experience turning ideas into products. Today, he leads AI and agentic experience strategy for ServiceNow's Digital Technology design team.

​Vibe coding has brought Doon closer to what he loves most: building. As a Lovable Ambassador and Platinum-tier user, he explores how designers can use AI to move from idea to working product with unprecedented speed, without sacrificing curiosity, craft, or care. He has built and shipped AI experiences used by more than 60,000 people.
