NU Miami Innovation Academy 2026

​Miami Innovation Academy (MIA) 2026 is a 7-week, immersive fellowship program designed to accelerate the growth of 25-30 of the most promising early-stage Miami startups. Our mission is to provide founders with the resources, mentorship, and network necessary to scale their ventures from seed to Series A.

​Location: Primary sessions will be held in-person at Northeastern University’s Miami (Wynwood) campus, with select hybrid/virtual meet-ups to maximize networking opportunities.

50+ ventures have come through the program, raising over $180M collectively.

EXPECTED COMMITMENT

• ​Weekly in-person sessions with select hybrid/virtual meet-ups to maximize networking opportunities.

• ​Active peer accountability.

• ​Pre-session and post-session actions to maximize session impact.

• ​Regular updates on progress and contributions to cohort success.

• ​Demo Day: The program will culminate in a Demo Day, providing founders with a platform to pitch to a curated audience of potential investors and industry leaders.
