About Shambhavi
Shambhavi is an Associate Partner at Antler Canada, where she focuses on inception-stage investing and portfolio growth.
She works closely with founders from day zero through early scale, helping them refine go-to-market strategy, raise follow-on capital, and expand into global markets. Her work spans AI-native software, fintech, climate, gaming, and vertical SaaS.
At Antler, Shambhavi plays a key role in shaping portfolio construction and driving venture-scale outcomes, working at the intersection of founders, operators, and institutional capital. She is also actively involved in LP relationships and fund strategy, contributing to fundraising and co-investment partnerships across North America and beyond.
Prior to Antler, Shambhavi led cross-border venture investments at The Times Group, where she supported early- and growth-stage companies across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia. She began her career in management consulting at McKinsey and IBM, advising Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy and operational transformation.
Shambhavi is a frequent speaker on venture capital, AI, and early-stage ecosystems, and is deeply committed to supporting underrepresented founders and advancing diversity in entrepreneurship
