About Event

โ€‹Join a small group of Leopard slack Talent and People Leaders from the Leopard Slack for a low-key, 1-hour roundtable to share notes on how folks are leveraging AI, approaching end of year planning and anything else that's top of mind!

โ€‹Who is invited? Vetted People & Talent Leaders who believe in inclusivity in software engineering. Our 350+ members include leaders at Hugging Face, Signalfire, Distyl, Noom, Drivemode, Goalbook, Anrok, VC Talent Leaders and more.

โ€‹Last time was fun, so Iโ€™d like to keep doing these to share whatโ€™s working across the community.

โ€‹Discussion Topics From Last Time ๐ŸŽฏ:

  1. โ€‹Deep dive into coordination & scheduling automation ๐Ÿ“†: how folks are making it work, using AI, human in the loop

  2. โ€‹Any other recs for AI agents ๐Ÿค– to support recruiting workflows (3rd party tools and homemade)

  3. โ€‹AI note-taking tools with ATS integration ๐Ÿ“

  4. โ€‹Fraud/spam detection for fake candidates โŒ

โ€‹Format:

  • โ€‹First 30 minutes will be intros ๐Ÿ‘‹, second 30 minutes are a moderated group discussion ๐Ÿ’ก.

  • โ€‹Lexi will moderate a โ€œpopcorn-style ๐Ÿฟโ€ discussion around the areas of interest shared during intros.

  • โ€‹Notes, tools, and prompts mentioned will be circulated afterwards in Slack ๐Ÿ’ฌ.

  • โ€‹Each person will briefly share (keep to <5 min) โฐ:

    • โ€‹Name + Location

    • โ€‹Company (what the business does, company size, and current hiring volume)

    • โ€‹Current challenges &/or questions for the group
