This workshop offers the antidote.
Levitation redefines posture not as a rigid position to hold, but as a dynamic state of effortless, buoyant alignment. It’s the feeling of being pulled up by a string from the crown of your head, a feeling of lightness, power, and ease that is your body’s natural birthright. Forget forcing your shoulders back; this is about unlocking your body’s innate architectural intelligence.
Taught by a unique team—a former Buddhist Monk turned software executive and an osteopathic physician/concert pianist—this workshop bridges the gap between ancient mindfulness and modern medical science. We blend guided somatic practice, profound anatomical insight, and gentle, hands-on guidance to help you discover a new relationship with your body and the space it inhabits.

Andrew Davis is a former Buddhist Monk and software executive. He brings a deep understanding of mindfulness and the practical challenges of maintaining presence and poise in high-pressure environments.
Michael Posch, DO, is an osteopathic physician, concert pianist, and trained martial artist. Dr. Posch reads the body like a musical score, using his decades of medical and somatic experience to help you find your most resonant and efficient structure.
