The Delta Office Hours
Each month, we bring 30 pre-seed and seed-stage founders together at The Delta Campus for a day designed to help you move faster on the things that matter most.
At the heart of Office Hours is access to seasoned operators, investors, and domain experts across fundraising, product, growth, brand, hiring, and more.
You’ll have the opportunity to book multiple 1:1 sessions throughout the day, diving deep into your current challenges and getting sharp, personalised input.
Please note: You’ll need to arrive by 9:00 am for the icebreaker, if you miss it, your session will be cancelled. To secure time with specific mentors, make sure to book your 1:1 sessions in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone, but unbooked sessions aren’t guaranteed and slots fill up fast.
Who will be your mentors:
UX Design Mentor
Hooman is a designer, builder, and founder with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of design, technology, and business. He has partnered with 50 plus companies, founders, and C level leaders to build high impact products, scale design teams, and drive growth. With a background in engineering and Human Computer Interaction, he supports early stage tech ventures in gaining traction, reducing churn, and preparing for their next round. He has also trained over 3,000 aspiring UX designers and mentored 300 plus designers and leaders as a career coach.
Founder Coach and Strategic Advisor Mentor
Alexander is a strategic advisor and systemic coach working at the intersection of startups, venture capital, media, and politics. He partners with founders and leadership teams to challenge assumptions, make clearer strategic decisions, and craft strong, investor ready narratives. With experience as an investment manager, a background in political and media communications, and a hands on coaching approach, Alexander supports teams in moving faster while staying reflective, grounded, and effective.
Strategy & Early-Stage Growth Mentor:
Max is a seasoned operator with over a decade of experience across the startup landscape from VC-backed scaleups to profitable SaaS and PE-backed ventures. Having transitioned from consulting into entrepreneurship, he’s developed a deep passion for turning ideas into sustainable business models. He works closely with founders on early-stage strategy, go-to-market execution, product-market fit, fundraising, and customer acquisition. Whether it’s securing the first 10 users or scaling to 100 and beyond, Max brings clarity, structure, and hard-won insight to the messy, high-stakes journey of early growth.
Ecosystem & Partnerships Mentor:
Anne Le Rolland is Startups Program Manager at Berlin Partner for Business and Technology. Her current focus is on empowering Berlin-based startups to grow and scale successfully. She develops programs and builds networks that help local founders strengthen their market position, access resources, and connect with the right partners. Anne is also actively involved in the Berlin Startup Unit’s Diversity Working Group, promoting inclusive growth and collaboration within the ecosystem.
Rapid Innovation & Product Strategy Mentor:
Dee works with startups and large corporations around the world, facilitating innovation, product strategy, and rapid validation of business ideas - across industries that range from agriculture in Brazil, to micro-credit in India, and manufacturing in the United States. She’s a world leader in Design Sprint facilitation and has lead innovation initiatives, and trained teams at organizations such as Google, Twitter, LEGO, Microsoft, Tetra Pak, Lufthansa, Verizon, and many more.
