earth day drawing + drinks workshop

​an earth day–inspired drawing workshop led by paul paiement, inviting participants to explore intuitive, process-based mark-making.

​working across a range of drawing materials, we’ll experiment with line, layering, and composition—less focused on outcome, more on slowing down and discovering what emerges.

​about paul paiement
paul paiement is a los angeles–based artist with a bfa from the minneapolis college of art and design and an mfa from the university of southern california. he is a tenured professor at cypress college, where he has taught for over three decades.

​paiement has exhibited widely in the u.s. and internationally, including presentations at the laguna art museum, the armory center for the arts in pasadena, and institutions across europe.

​his work is currently on view at moss as part of slow terrain, a collaboration with sabbatikal and sacha h. cohen.
