The experience:
10–15 founders leave the city on a Friday afternoon. For two days, you're in the Colombian countryside — no laptops, no pitch decks, no agenda you'd find at a conference.
Instead, you move through a rhythm designed to open you up: outdoor adventure that gets you out of your head, structured mastermind sessions where you bring your real challenges to the table, personal wellness that most founders neglect, and unstructured time with people who are building at your level.
By Sunday, you don't just go back to your life. You go back different. Clearer on what matters. Carrying ideas that didn't exist 48 hours ago. And connected to a small group of people who aren't acquaintances — they're your circle.
This is for you if:
You're a founder or operator running an established business. You're not looking for advice from people who haven't built anything. You want to be around people who are operating at a high level — and willing to be real about the hard parts.
