Part of London Life Sciences Week, and delivered in partnership with Venture Café London, the Knowledge Quarter brings together scientists and researchers working to develop new medicines and cures, alongside local community leaders eager to better understand this fast-growing sector.

Whether you are working in the lab, pushing the boundaries of innovation in medical science, or helping to create a thriving life sciences sector in the Knowledge Quarter, join us for an informal evening of drinks, discussion and networking.

Meet sector peers in the Knowledge Quarter area from a growing list of pharmaceutical and biomedical research companies, including the Francis Crick Institute, Novo Nordisk, Recursion, LifeArc and Relation Therapeutics.

For representatives of Camden and Islington's community groups, it's a chance to forge meaningful connections with a rapidly growing sector, and better understand the opportunities for local people.

By 2032, 3 million sq. ft. of new lab space will have opened in the KQ. Our panel will look at what’s driving this extraordinary growth, what challenges lie ahead for the sector, and what opportunities there are for people who live and work in the area.
