LiT#11: AI Adoption in Tech Organizations

​AI is everywhere right now. In decks, on roadmaps, in OKRs. But the real question is simpler and harder. What does it look like when a tech organization actually adopts AI, beyond pilots and demos?

​This event is about the practical side of AI adoption. How teams move from curiosity to real usage. What changes in engineering, product, delivery and leadership when AI becomes part of daily work.
