This evening is about moving from “wow” to “how.” We’re transitioning from a shared vision into a Phase 1 Feasibility Pathway—and defining a 3 / 6 / 12-month pilot plan that can actually ship.
Together we’ll explore: - The Problem: why siloed building systems and communities create inefficiency and missed opportunity - The Opportunity: how integrated regenerative upgrades can increase asset value, reduce operating costs, and unlock community-aligned revenue streams - The Roadmap: which pilots we can execute in 3/6/12 months, and who can lead each lane

We are transforming a 16-floor tower in San Francisco into a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. Tier-one labs presenting AI, Ethereum, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, robotics, human flourishing, and arts & music.
