Movie Screening: Code is Law @ EthCC
Code is Law is a feature documentary exploring smart contract hacks through the stories of those at the centre of historic cases - including The DAO, Indexed Finance and KyberSwap. The film deals with the legal and ethical dilemmas raised by attackers challenging the very definition of crime, including the notorious teenage math prodigy Andean Medjedovic - who stole $64 million before vanishing as an international fugitive.
Code is Law is being screened twice at this year's EthCC:
Tuesday, July 1st (3pm)
Wednesday, July 2nd (3pm)
The screenings will take place in the Netflix & Chill Space in the Town Hall Area on the Orange Floor
Each 90-minute screening will be followed by a Q&A with the film's directors, James Craig and Louis Giles, as well as members of the cast.
Be among the first to see the film ahead of its September 2025 launch on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+ & Google Play
