AI Hackathon (Bridging Innovation Week)

​This AI Hackathon, sponsored by Beacon and Vantage Ventures during Bridging Innovation Week, is a fast-paced 2-hour sprint where participants build and demo real AI products.

​Builders can work solo or in teams, using any tools they choose (Replit, Claude Code, Lovable, open-source models, or any other tools). AI token usage during the event will be covered.

​At the start of the event, all participants will receive the same prompt. From there, it’s up to you to interpret, build, and present a working solution to a panel of judges.

​This is not a slide deck competition—it’s about building something real. The hackathon is open to participants of all ages and experience levels.

​No coding or technical background is required. Founders, students, professionals, and first-time builders are all encouraged to participate.

​Projects will be judged on creativity, execution, usefulness, and clarity of demo. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top teams: $2,000 for first place and $500 for second place.

​Free registration for all, the only thing you need is curiosity and a willingness to build.
