βππ€ Kids Robotics Camp: Electronics & Robotics Basics
βAbout Tronica Kids Robotics Camp
βWhere imagination meets invention, Tronica Kids Robotics Camp is where young minds (ages 4β8) get hands-on with tech: building, tinkering, and creating.
βWe believe creativity and science arenβt opposites; theyβre teammates.
βThink glitter glue meets circuits, storytelling meets sensors. Itβs all about sparking curiosity early and showing kids that technology isnβt just screens - itβs a tool to build their wildest ideas.
βMeet Rhys Turner
βArtist, maker, surfer, skater, and all-round creative tinkerer.
βOriginally from Australia, Rhys Turner is based in Hong Kong and believes learning should feel like play.
βA former University of Sydney lecturer and past digital art gallery owner in Shanghai, heβs worked with some of the worldβs biggest brands and creative agencies across Sydney, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.
βTrained as an electrician, qualified as an artist, and powered by imagination, Rhys blends art and code to spark curiosity.
βHow it works
βTronica Kids Robotics Camp is a 5-day workshop (3 hours each morning) held in Constant in Sheung Wan, designed for curious creators aged 4β8.
βOver five playful mornings, kids will explore the magic of light, movement, and sound β building simple speakers, experimenting with microcontrollers, and powering up their own mini LED diorama.
βOur robotics equipment is safe, hands-on, and perfect for little makers discovering how creativity meets technology.
