U-Hackathon
U-Hackathon runs inside Flow Summit, a two-day summit on the future of finance and the future of community. You get a hall of your own, 24 hours on the clock, mentors on the floor. Get the best out of your allocated time. Then you demo on the stage.
The format: Hack → Mentor→ Present → Judge
🛠️ Hack : 2 days hack, 10:00 Thursday to Friday. No filler panels, no keynote before you're allowed to open your laptop. Sleep is a personal choice.
🎓 Mentor : product, engineering and design mentors on the floor the entire time. Make the most out of your allocated slot, plus people walking the room looking mildly concerned about your architecture.
🎤 Present : Qualified Project demo on the stage Friday afternoon.
🗳️ Judge : judges pick six finalists on merit. Then the U-Center DAO Community votes live to choose the grand prize.
🤖 Bring your AI squad
Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, whatever agent stack you've quietly assembled. All fair game, on both tracks. There is no "Did you write this by hand" inquisition. It's 2026. Ship something good. Solving meaningful problem is the way.
Two rules, though:
Your teammates are humans. Up to 3 of them excluding you. Solo builder? You can ask for in event teammate. (Only team leader have to register).
Existing Project is NOT allowed. Pre-research is acceptable.
