Rosie is the Healthcare Client Group Director at Daintta, where she specialises in building cyber resiliency across the UKs healthcare sector. Whilst Rosie has spent most of her career in complex cyber and data roles, her biggest challenge, yet her greatest achievement, has always been her journey through leadership. Rosie will talk through the challenges she has faced and strategies to overcome, including her ‘vulnerability’, finding ‘her voice’ and being comfortable making difficult decisions.
