Reboot Hour: FOUNDRY | Startups & e-Waste
Reboot Hour: FOUNDRY | Startups & e-Waste Monday, October 26 · 5:30–7:30 PM Courthaus Social, the Courtroom (back bar), 2300 Clarendon Blvd, Arlington. Head straight to the back.
A foundry is where old metal gets melted down and recast into something new. It's also where founders get made. This month, Reboot Hour is both.
DC Startup & Tech Week wraps on Friday. Monday, we decompress. Come for the back bar, the people you met all week, and the one networking game that actually works.
Startups run on hardware churn: the dev laptop from your first job, the test phones in the drawer, the office refresh nobody finished. Every one of those devices deserves a pivot. A good exit. A second runway. Bring one, or don't. Devices welcome, never required.
What happens: Device Detectives: Startup Edition. Everyone plays, everyone meets someone new. Famous pivots, founder trivia, a few e-waste facts you'll repeat at your next pitch. Sustainable prizes at the end. Food and drinks from Courthaus Social (you buy, they're great).
Your old gear's next round: Pre-register a device: retpair.com/event Need help with something first? Data retrieval, a repair quote, or securing your data before it leaves your hands. Pick "I'd like help with something first" when you pre-register.

eWaste Warriors is a local, Arlington-born organization giving tech a second life. Reboot Hour is the last Monday of every month. Year two starts now.
