Join the SF Bay Area Chapter of Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) for a panel discussion on how to bring together interdisciplinary collaboration to advance clean energy solutions in the West.
Rapid load growth is defining a new moment for the energy industry, challenging conventional approaches to how we build, plan, and operate the grid. Meeting this moment will require diverse perspectives from across the industry and developing new approaches to the challenges facing clean energy development.
This panel will bring together leaders from across the energy industry to discuss how the sector is evolving in response to rapid change and growing electricity demand, and the role that different disciplines, organizations, and areas of expertise can play in shaping what comes next.

Prat Sundar | Pattern Chief People Officer
Prat Sundar is Chief People Officer at Pattern Energy. Prior to joining Pattern, she spent 10 years at ENGIE, a global energy and infrastructure company, most recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for ENGIE’s U.S. and Canadian businesses. She brings nearly two decades of experience working across the energy, technology, nonprofit, and government sectors.
