​About the Hosts:

​Matt Dalton is a former law enforcement officer in the Boston area who personally witnessed an untold number of crimes occur because of fragmented and siloed LE communications.

​Joe Ryan is a former crime analyst and crime analysis manager at various departments throughout the United States. During a 15-year career in law enforcement, he spent time with the Washington/Baltimore HIDTA, the Alexandria (VA) Police Department, and the Jacksonville (FL) Sheriff’s Office. Throughout his career, Joe has presented at over 100 conferences and seminars with topics ranging from Problem-Oriented Policing, Community Policing, Crime and Intelligence Analysis, and Geographic Information Systems.
