About Event

Nashville is one of the fastest-growing SaaS markets in the country, but unlike Austin, Atlanta, or Denver, there is no dedicated space for Customer Success professionals here to connect, share, and grow together. The talent is here. The community is not.

We are changing that.

Ben George (Motive), Steve Mason (Signal Consulting), and Zap (Lighthouse) are bringing together Nashville's CS practitioners for the first time. This is an informal evening of drinks, food, and real conversation with the people doing the work alongside you.

Who this is for: Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, CS Directors, VPs, and CCOs based in Nashville. You do not have to work for a local company to attend. If you are a CS practitioner living in Nashville, this event is for you.

What to expect: A relaxed, no-agenda networking evening. Grab a drink, meet your peers, and talk shop. We are keeping the first event intentionally small and intimate so the conversations are actually worth having.


This is just the beginning. Future events will feature structured panels and fireside conversations on the topics that matter most in CS right now, from AI's impact on the CSM role to how post-sales teams can drive real revenue growth. Tonight is about building the room. Future events are about putting it to work.
