Will Bohn: Founder & CEO of Digital Will Inc., building Wortal—an AI-enhanced platform democratizing global game distribution. With 26+ years in digital marketing, development, and tech, I've partnered closely with teams at Facebook, Google, LINE, and Rakuten to drive innovation. Based in Tokyo, combining my lifelong passion for gaming with technology to transform how games reach global audiences through AI-powered solutions.
Yukiharu Tomita: Startup advisor and external CFO-type partner, supporting founders with equity story, investor relations, and scaling strategies. Previously COO & Co-Investor at meleap Inc., where he led the launch and global growth of AR Techno-Sports HADO across 39 countries with 10M players and helped raise over ¥3B JPY. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at gloops and CROOZ, driving new ventures and international game publishing in USA. Based in Tokyo, blending 0→1 business creation and cross-border leadership to accelerate startup growth.
Ilya has an interdisciplinary academic background, with 3 degrees in Business, Finance, and Machine Learning. He spent his career in Quantitative Research, Machine Learning, and AI across 3 continents (Italy, USA, Netherlands, Singapore, and Japan). He built two startups, out of Singapore and New York. Ilya is passionate about building communities and is now helping the Tokyo startup and investor communities grow, to make Japan the best place to build in AI, Hardware, Robotics, and Science.
Risa's work at Eucalyptus centers on expanding a digital healthcare platform that pioneers preventative care in Japan. Beyond her core role in expansion, she is a driving force in the local startup ecosystem. She shares her insights through her writing, connects founders and entrepreneurs by hosting regular meetups, and amplifies the stories of innovators as the host of The Cool People Podcast

Yukiharu Tomita
スタートアップのアドバイザー兼外部CFO的パートナーとして、創業者のエクイティストーリー構築、投資家対応、スケーリング戦略を支援。以前は meleap Inc. のCOO兼共同投資家として、ARテクノスポーツ「HADO」の立ち上げとグローバル展開をリードし、39カ国で1,000万人のプレイヤーを獲得。さらに累計30億円以上の資金調達に貢献。キャリア初期には gloops や CROOZ で経営幹部を務め、米国での新規事業や国際的なゲームパブリッシングを推進。現在は東京を拠点に、0→1の事業創出とクロスボーダー経営を融合させ、スタートアップの成長加速をサポートしている。
Ilya
経営学、金融、機械学習の3つの学位を持つ学際的バックグラウンドを持ち、キャリアを通じて定量的リサーチ、機械学習、AIに取り組んできました。これまでイタリア、アメリカ、オランダ、シンガポール、日本と3大陸にわたり活動。シンガポールとニューヨークで2つのスタートアップを立ち上げた経験を持ちます。コミュニティづくりに情熱を注ぎ、現在は東京のスタートアップおよび投資家コミュニティの成長を支援。AI、ハードウェア、ロボティクス、サイエンス分野で、日本を最高の事業拠点にすることを目指しています。
Risa
Eucalyptusで日本における予防医療を先導するデジタルヘルスケアプラットフォームの拡大を担当。事業拡大だけでなく、スタートアップ・エコシステムにおいても中心的な役割を担っています。執筆を通じた知見の共有、起業家同士をつなぐ定期的なミートアップの開催、そして「The Cool People Podcast」のホストとしてイノベーターたちのストーリーを発信しています。
