⚡️ Founder/CTO already in market or late alpha. Idea stage is acceptable for 2nd time founders.
⚡️ Can pull machine evidence from tools like Okta, AzureAD, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, Vanta/Drata
⚡️ AU data residency only, no PII, audit-ready by default
⚡️ Can map to CPS 230/234 without turning it into a paperwork circus
⚡️ Able to show a secure API pull for MFA, EDR health, patch latency in under 14 days
⚡️ Deliver an audit log regulators can use without a story attached

​In the Lab, you’ll build:
⚡️ A lean evidence pack for critical suppliers
⚡️ API-first ingestion + low friction upload paths
⚡️ Buyer-owned RAG, clean change triggers, clear chain of custody
