Join us for an intentional morning of movement, connection, and shared experience.
Hosted for our Region Mamas community, Stronger Together is designed to give you space to move your body while staying fully connected to your baby.
This is not about getting it “perfect.”
It’s about moving together.
WHAT TO EXPECT
**Please note, we only have enough space for Moms + 1 Baby**
Expectant Moms & Moms with empty arms are welcome as well! (If you didn't know this, Jamie, our founder, is a mom with empty arms. After two miscarriages last year, she knows and understands the strength it takes to keep pushing forward. Come as you are. This is a judgement free zone & Jamie will be there doing the workout with you!)
We’ll move through a thoughtfully guided class designed to support both mom and baby:
• Gentle, strength-focused movement
• Core and stability work (postpartum-friendly)
• Baby-inclusive exercises and bonding moments
• A supportive, no-pressure environment
This class is designed to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more like yourself again — without needing to step away from your baby.
WHO IT’S FOR
Moms and (1) child in 0-24mo age range, who are looking to:
• Reconnect with their body & baby
• Build strength together in a supportive way
• Bond with baby through movement
• Be part of a community that understands this season
No prior fitness experience needed.
CLASS EXPERIENCE
A 45-minute guided session focused on:
• Intentional, low-impact movement
• Core strength and stability
• Safe, supportive progressions
• Movement that adapts to you — not the other way around
Babies are welcome to be in arms, on mats, or simply nearby — whatever feels best for you.
COMMUNITY + CONNECTION
After class, we’ll leave time to connect, chat, and spend time with other moms in the community.
Because sometimes, that’s just as important as the movement itself.

• A welcoming, judgment-free space

WHAT TO BRING
• Yoga Mat
• Comfortable workout attire
• A blanket or mat for baby
• Any baby essentials you may need
Optional:
Anything that helps you and your baby feel comfortable and settled.
ARRIVAL
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to get settled with your baby and ease into the space.

By attending, participants acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risk.
Guests voluntarily assume all responsibility for participation and agree to release WRK Pilates Studio and all affiliated partners from any liability.

By attending, you consent to photography and video content for marketing purposes.
