Startup Kids Club: How Teen Entrepreneurs Developed A Water Purification System

​The Startup Kids Club welcomes teen entrepreneurs who built Emacity, the water filter system, on Saturday 6th September 2025. Emacity is converting food waste into high-quality activated carbon to create biodegradable water filters. Join us for a lovely afternoon as outlined below.

​Agenda:

​4:00-4:30 pm Mix and mingle over board games and snacks

​4:30-4:45 pm EmacitySG founders will share their story and do a product demo

​4:45-5:00 pm Kids stand in a circle to ask questions about water filtration

​5:00-6:00 pm Get into teams for a hands-on water filtration maker session hosted by Lancashire Marketing Pte Ltd

​6:00-7:00 pm Water filtration research time by asking questions or through the use of AI (under parent supervision). Kids will have the opportunity to suggest future products for Emacity to develop.
